KEGUtilityStuff

This Project is used by the KEGGeneratorBase Project among others. It has some Classes and loose methods in it which are generally useful to a lot of different Packages. It has the KEGTestCaseObject which is where the KEG test Classes are clustered in the TestCase Class hierarchy. So this utility Package is supposed to have several small things in it which are generally useful to a lot of different Packages. So a lot of different Packages will probably depend on it. And loose Methods that are generally useful to a lot of different Packages would also be put here.
